REFUND POLICY

There are a few important things to please keep in mind when returning a product you purchased or need a refound. 

Before making a return, please contact us in advance to inform us of the order number and the reason for the return within 30 days of receipt, and we will provide you with a solution,

We can exchange any items if we receive the returned item unopened and does not affect re-sale

Once we have received the return we will inspect the items to ensure it is eligible for re-sale.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
